Harley-Davidson® has what are known as Icons. These are iconic rides for modern times. What they essentially do is take one of the most recognizable rides in Harley-Davidson® history and reimagine it using a modern platform. That is the case with the 2022 Harley-Davidson® Low Rider® El Diablo, which celebrates the FXRT Sport Glide from the 1980s. This is not only an iconic and highly recognizable ride, it continues to this day to inspire the custom Low Rider® scene. The El Diablo is very similar to the ST. After all, the ST itself is inspired by the Sports Glide. The main difference here is that you get the 80s-inspred paint aesthetic, which is a great for anyone who wants some other than Gunship Gray or Vivid Black.
Custom Design and More Features
What separates the El Diablo from the ST? The most notable feature beyond the paint scheme is the Rockford Fosgate® fairing audio system, which provides you a premium audio experience. The paint scheme is a custom-crafted aesthetic that involves three passes. During the first pass, El Diablo Bright Red is applied as a base. During the second pass, Bright Red Sunglo is applied to make it pop. The third phase involves finishing, including custom pinstriping and fading and depth.
